日本語の授業に関する事前課題は大きく分けると、「写真入り自己紹介文の作成（自己紹介ビデオクリップの作成）」と、「グループワークでどういった内容の物をどういった形式で作るかについての打ち合わせ」の二つです。

１．写真入り自己紹介文の作成（自己紹介ビデオクリップの作成）
これについては、大きく三つのステップがあり、（1）と（2）は必須（必ずやってください）、（3）については、 できる人だけで構いません。三つのステップについては以下の通りです。

（1）ワードで、写真入り自己紹介文を作成する 
旅行、趣味、スポーツ、家族、ペット、大学、町など、自分に深く結びついているもの、 自分が好きであったり、自分の体験等を盛り込んだものにしてください。
時間は2分程度でおねがいします。
この自己紹介文は後日ネット上で公開したいと思っています。そのことを考えながら 内容を決めてください。 
なお、以下のことにも十分注意してください。
・肖像権（友人、家族、先生などの自分以外の顔が出る場合はその人の了承を得てください） 
・著作権（音楽の使用、ネットから取った写真の二次使用）
・個人情報（名前、住所、車のナンバーなど）

（2）自分の作った文章をボイスレコーダーやサウンドレコーダーなどで録音する 
後でビデオクリップを作成しますので、この写真のときに何を話すかを考えながら、 細かく分けて録音してください。

（3）Movie Makerで自己紹介ビデオクリップを作ってメールで送る

写真入り自己紹介文のフォーマット、音声の録音の仕方やMovie Makerの使い方等についてはこのブログの「自己紹介ビデオを作ろう」や「ソフトのダウンロードと使い方」の中ので紹介されています。

（2）までしかできなかった人は（1）を送ってください。

２．グループワークでどういった内容の物をどういった形式で作るかについての打ち合わせ
日本語の授業では、グループごとにそれぞれのグループが自分達で選んだテーマについてビデオクリップ（ビデオ）を作ってもらいます。
ビデオクリップのテーマや内容は、事前にグループのメンバーとメーリングリスト等で話し合って、自分達で決めてください。
テーマや内容は基本的にはグループに任せますが、自分の国の習慣や文化をただ説明するのではなく、個人の考え方や価値観などを反映させやすいものにしてください。
テーマや形式を決める際には、このブログの「グループ活動の作品例」を参考にしてください。

また、日本語の授業のときにパソコンや動画が撮れるカメラやボイスレコーダー等が必要となりますので、グループの誰が何を持ってくるかについても話し合ってください。
パソコンはWindows7 かWindows Vista のOSのものを少なくても2台お願いします。

 

 

Preliminary Tasks 

The preliminary tasks connected the Japanese Language Courses can be generally divided into two groups:  <preparation of a self-introduction text with inserted pictures (preparation of a self-introduction video clip )> and < preliminary discussion of the contents and the format of the on-camp group work > .

 

1. <Preparation of the Self-introduction Text with Inserted Pictures (Preparation of the Self-introduction Video Clip)>

  Generally, there are 3 steps about this task, in which (1) and (2) are compulsory (must be done at any cost ), so as to (3) can be done by  those who are willing/able to. More information about the three steps is as follows:

(1) Preparing the Self-Introduction Text with Inserted Pictures using Word

Travelling, hobby, sports, family, pets, university or hometown; everything that is deeply connected to you; things that you like; personal experience etc can be incorporated.

Please follow the time limit of 2 minutes’.

 This Self-Introduction Text is to be uploaded on the internet later and will be open to the public. So, please have this in mind when deciding on the contents.

Now, please pay special attention to the following points:

• Privacy Rights (in case you show your friends’, family, teachers’ etc.,  somebody else’s face, please make sure you have their approval )
• Copyrights ( when using music or web images as a secondary use )
• Personal information (name, address, automobile registration number etc.)
  
  

(2)  Sound recording your written text via Voice recorder or Sound Recorder programmes

For preparing the video clip think what you will be talking about on each picture, divide each part and record the sound.

(3) Use Movie Maker for preparing your Self-introduction video clip and send it by e-mail

2. Preliminary discussion of the contents and the format of the on-camp group work

During the Camp Japanese lectures each one of the group is going to make a video clip (video) on an already chosen, by the group itself, topic.

All about the topic and the contents of the video clip should be discussed and decided previously between the members of the groups in the mailing lists.

Generally, the groups can freely choose the topic and the contents, but please keep in mind that it is not enough only to explain your country’s traditions and culture, but to reflect your individual point of view in an understanding way.

When deciding on the topic and the format, please refer this site’s link under the name of ｢グループ活動の作品｣.

In addition, for the Camp Japanese lectures some PC and digital cameras would be needed in order to make the movie and record the sound ,so please discuss who will bring what among the members of each group.

Please, bring at least 2 pieces of PC supporting Windows 7 or Windows Vista for each group.
